We are looking for a salesperson with experience in face-to-face and virtual customer service. **Functions:** * Attend to and advise customers in-store and through digital channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). * Prepare quotes and record orders in the system or control forms. * Coordinate product delivery and verify compliance with dispatch deadlines. * Provide clear information about prices, promotions, and product availability. * Handle inquiries about custom prints and edible sheets. * Keep inventory updated and report daily sales. * Assist in product display, organization, and cleanliness of the sales point. * Conduct post-sale follow-up and handle complaints or returns according to company policies. * Collaborate with the marketing department in promoting new products. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service. * Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp Business. * Basic design tool skills (Canva or Illustrator) desirable. * Excellent oral and written communication. * Customer-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
