**OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES** * Attend to customers when receiving items, explain the processes, and register them in the system. * Enter complete customer data into the Service Order (SO), including observations and requested services. * Inspect the item's condition to create an initial inventory and ensure its proper care. * Register the SO in the system and forward it to the workshop for job scheduling. * Prepare and deliver cost estimates. * Review the item and perform quality control before delivering it to the customer. **COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES** * Identify sales opportunities for accessories and complementary services during item reception. * Inform the customer (via phone, email, or WhatsApp) about diagnoses, mandatory and optional recommendations, and delivery times. * Manage budget approvals through the customer’s formal approval (V°B°) and coordinate advance payment as applicable. * Provide a response and resolution to complaints and/or claims within a maximum of 1 business day. * Respond to requests via phone calls and/or WhatsApp messages. * Notify the customer when the item is ready for pickup and coordinate with boutiques in case of shipments. * Explain to the customer the work performed upon delivery and request their signature on the SO. **ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES** * Send payment methods to the customer and record full or advance payment in the system. * Assign labor costs to estimates as appropriate. * Verify replacement parts recorded in the SO within the system. * Conduct weekly follow-ups with customers who have not picked up their items. * Send preventive maintenance reminders or service notifications according to the monthly schedule.
