




We are looking for a responsible, proactive **Dispatch Assistant** with willingness to work as a team, ensuring the proper distribution and compliance with the company's established dispatch procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * 3 months of experience in a similar position. * Willingness to learn and grow. * Availability to work in Callao. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify orders before dispatch. * Prepare, pack, and label goods according to requirements. * Check that products are complete and in good condition. * Prepare and manage documentation related to dispatch (delivery notes, invoices, orders, etc.). * Coordinate with the transportation or logistics department for product shipment or delivery. * Assist in loading and unloading goods onto transport vehicles. * Record product shipments in the system or on manual forms. * Keep inventory records updated and report discrepancies or damages. * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment. * Assist with other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to dispatch or storage. **Benefits:** * Payroll with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly and timely payments. * 60% lunch subsidy. * Growth opportunities. * Schedule: Mon to Fri from 8:15 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:45 Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site
