**SM Hotel & Bussines Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team!** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge in electrical work, carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, and masonry. * Experience working in hotels within the maintenance department. * Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and responsible individual. * Availability to work full-time. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and control equipment maintenance. * Identify maintenance needs for equipment and facilities. * Perform preventive maintenance on rooms as required (lighting, emergency lights, fire alarms, etc.). * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. * Coordinate and quote repairs for facility failures in different areas, modules, and offices. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure. * Respond to technical and operational issues reported by guests as directed by the area supervisor. * Perform any tasks or assignments given by the immediate supervisor that contribute to improving company efficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Excellent work environment. * Contract provided. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * One day off per week. **Send updated CV to WhatsApp: 941 994 747** **Immediate availability required** Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: Regular travel required
