Position Mission Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the organization's technology projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and generating value for different business areas. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise IT projects, ensuring compliance with established schedules, budgets, and scopes. Analyze and validate requirements from user departments, proposing high-impact solutions focused on operational efficiency. Manage project portfolio prioritization, optimizing resources and focusing them on strategic business initiatives. Negotiate and coordinate with management and internal departments, facilitating agreements for the implementation of technological solutions. Supervise project documentation and traceability, ensuring proper application of internal methodologies. Coordinate with technology vendors and external consulting firms, guaranteeing development quality and timely delivery of improvements. Regularly report progress, risks, and results, providing critical information for managerial decision-making. Requirements Education and Knowledge Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering. Specialization or diploma in Project and IT Management. Intermediate English (desirable). Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced analytics tools. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (FI, CO, SD, MM). Knowledge of PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience Minimum of 5 years leading technology projects in logistics, commercial, or retail sector companies. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and handling technology vendors.
