Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to support content creation, commercial strategies, and campaign analysis. Key Highlights: 1. We are **R\&C Consultiva Perú**, a **consulting firm** specializing in integrated management systems, business consulting, and corporate services for companies across various sectors. We are currently seeking a **Digital Marketing Intern** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University student (from the 7th semester onward) or technical student (from the 5th semester onward) majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * **Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and digital advertising.** * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. * **Creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual.** * Interest in learning and proposing new improvement ideas. * Prior marketing experience (desirable but not mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support content creation for social media, campaigns, and commercial strategies. * Propose creative ideas for posts, videos, and marketing initiatives. * Support monitoring and analysis of Meta Ads campaigns. * Research trends, competitors, and opportunities for improvement. * Support development of commercial proposals and email marketing campaigns. * Perform basic tracking of social media metrics and lead generation. * Support content recording and other departmental activities as needed. **BENEFITS:** * Internship certificate. * Punctuality bonus. * Paid internship. * Ongoing training in digital marketing.
