**TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER** ================================ Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Ensure that project execution complies with the Technical File, within the estimated cost, and meeting safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Coordinate the availability of information (Technical File, field information, executed works, additional budgets, among others) for the Field Engineering Process Responsible. * Coordinate the availability of procedures and formats for developing quantity surveys for all project specialties. * Ensure that quantity surveys are carried out in accordance with each objective (determine actual initial quantities, additional budgets, determine amount of work executed, settlement and valuations). * Ensure that the quantities actually executed during the valuation period are properly quantified. * Ensure that the topographic survey of constructed works complies with the technical file. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 03 years of experience in the position. * Experience in real estate projects. * Knowledge of VDC and Project Management. * Availability to work in Lima.
