**OPERATIONAL MONITORING AND CONTROL COORDINATOR** **SDEX S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to transportation and distribution, is looking for an Operational Monitoring and Control Coordinator, responsible, organized and with leadership skills, to join the operations team and ensure the efficiency of daily logistics processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record daily attendance of operational staff in the system. * Supervise the development of operations during the shift, ensuring compliance with schedules and routes. * Plan, assign and coordinate transportation and delivery routes according to daily requirements. * Monitor vehicles in real time using GPS platforms and provide support in case of any operational incident. * Provide immediate solutions to on-route problems (delays, wrong addresses, absent customers, damaged products, among others). * Keep the incident log updated and prepare daily operational reports. * Present performance and operational compliance indicators. * Coordinate with carriers, customers and internal staff to ensure proper service execution. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (Assistant, Coordinator or Supervisor of Operations) in transportation or distribution companies. * Knowledge of GPS monitoring, fleet control and incident management. * Intermediate level Excel skills (filters, pivot tables and data validation). * Familiarity with areas and routes within Metropolitan Lima. * Minimum age: 27 years. * Availability to work onsite in La Victoria. * Ability to work under pressure, lead teams and make timely decisions. **WE OFFER** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,300 + S/ 200 for travel expenses (total S/ 1,500). * Direct hiring through the company (honorarium receipt). * Opportunity for professional growth and development within the operations area. * Excellent working environment and teamwork. **WORKING HOURS** * **Monday to Saturday:** from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Work mode:** Onsite. * **Work location:** La Victoria, Lima.
