We seek an OPERATIONS MANAGER with commitment and responsibility to guarantee the quality of our exclusive restaurants. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Hotel and Tourism Management or related fields \- Intermediate-level Office proficiency \- Knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems (Inforest preferred) \- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Restaurant Administrator, Operations Manager, or Restaurant/Hotel Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and supervise restaurant operations and administration. * Prepare the annual budget for submission to the Restaurant Operations Management. * Act as representative during inspections by regulatory institutions. * Implement control mechanisms to ensure efficiency in assets acquired by the restaurant. * Optimize expense management. * Establish assertive communication with staff and department heads. * Maintain a positive working environment at all times. * Supervise customer service to ensure it meets standards and achieves management-set targets.
