Budget preparation and profitability projections Our client, an expanding interprovincial transportation and freight company, is looking for a **Planning and Management Control Analyst**. **Job Objective:** Provide strategic information to facilitate decision-making, enhance corporate profitability, and optimize operational, commercial, and financial processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor management indicators (KPIs). * Analyze performance of routes, agencies, units, and services, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Develop managerial reports, dashboards, and control tools for results tracking. * Prepare budgets and conduct profitability projections and analyses. * Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments across the company. * Provide analytical support to Management for objective evaluation and monitoring. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, management control, planning, or similar areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of Power BI and management indicator development. * Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or service companies is desirable. * Availability to work in La Victoria, Monday through Friday. **Offered:** * Competitive remuneration * Professional growth path * Job stability and positive work environment.
