We are currently seeking a **Plant Manager** for our operations located in Lurín, Lima. **Purpose of the Role** Plan, direct, and control production operations at the compressed gas and acetylene filling plant, ensuring adherence to the production schedule, customer requirements, and safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the production plan and issue orders to ensure continuous availability of industrial gases. * Coordinate replenishment programs for supplies and raw materials, preventing stockouts. * Ensure implementation of the plant’s preventive maintenance plan. * Define and supervise operating shifts based on production needs. * Manage and update production and operational performance indicators. * Control inventories of raw materials (including cryogenic liquids) and plant supplies. * Monitor raw material losses and promote improvements in operational efficiency. * Guarantee compliance with operating procedures and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (Maintenance, Commercial, Dispatch) and address customer requirements. * Lead, develop, and train the operational team (approximately 16 employees). * Manage customer complaints and implement improvement plans. * Administer the plant’s operational and investment budget. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency. **Requirements** **Education:** * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Required: Technical studies in Industrial Mechanics or related disciplines. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in industrial processes. * Preferred: Experience in companies certified under ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, or other management systems. **Technical Knowledge:** * Operations management in industrial plants. * SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) management systems. * SAP system proficiency. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance and inventory control. **Skills:** * Leadership and team development. * Planning and organization. * Working under pressure and decision-making. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. **Position Conditions** * **Location:** Lurín, Lima – Peru * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts: Monday to Saturday, morning and afternoon shifts * **Work Mode:** On-site.
