Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to professional competence, live out and reflect these values in their personal lives, as they are a fundamental part of our educational identity. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Prepare and deliver Communication classes according to CB EBENEZER’s pedagogical model, considering students’ needs. * Conduct face-to-face classes in an organized environment that promotes effective learning and the development of communication competencies. * Guide and support students in developing reading, writing, oral expression, and text comprehension skills. * Propose and implement pedagogical improvements to enhance performance in the Communication area. * Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with parents and guardians. * Fulfill other duties assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience teaching Communication face-to-face to primary-level children. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and Internet). * Preferably reside in Independencia or nearby areas. * We highly value faith and Christian principles; thus, we seek professionals who practice and promote these values in their daily lives.
