




Position Summary: UNIMAR S.A. seeks a Professional Intern in Human Resource Management to support information analysis, reporting, administrative management, and personnel support, thereby strengthening operations. In this opportunity, we are seeking the best talent for the position of **01 Professional Intern in Human Resource Management**, as well as for our human talent retention programs. **EDUCATION** * Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from the 2025-1, 2025-2, and 2026-1 periods. **EXPERIENCE:** * 3 to 6 months of experience in related positions. **KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. * Ability to consolidate, process, and interpret data. * Preparation of management reports and indicators (KPIs). * Microsoft Office (intermediate level) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct consolidation and analysis of information, carried out through collection, cleansing, and processing of databases, to generate reliable reports that facilitate decision-making within the department. * Prepare management reports and indicators, developed using tools such as Power BI and Excel, to monitor objective achievement and performance of Human Resource Management processes. * Support administrative management of the department, conducted through document control, tracking of internal requests, and coordination with other departments. * Provide personnel administration support, performed through tracking employee information, updating records, and assisting with administrative procedures. * Monitor departmental indicators, executed through periodic data updates and result validation, to ensure process control and continuous improvement. * Update compensation databases, carried out through recording and validating salary and benefits information, to ensure data availability and reliability for the department. * Support personnel cost analysis, conducted through consolidation and evaluation of remuneration and benefits data to contribute to the department’s budgetary control. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
