




Receive and orient patients in a friendly and professional manner. Verify and complete patients' personal information on the registration form. Send appointment confirmations one day prior to the appointment, send same-day reminders to patients, and call patients half an hour before their appointment. Update personal data of new patients in Saludata. Perform cash collection duties and schedule appointments as the patient leaves the consultation. Coordinate patient flow with dentists and assistants. Manage the order of service based on priority and time. Provide basic information about treatments and prices. Fill out the drive with patient arrival times for calling patients. Issue receipts, professional fee receipts, invoices, control payments, and register them in the patient's clinical record and in Saludata. Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages in order of arrival (do not leave WhatsApp messages unread). Report incidents to management. Enter payments into the system and perform cash closing. Request patient signatures on attendance policies and informed consent forms, and coordinate the doctor's signature on these documents for proper filing. Check the web email and social media messages daily, and inform patients who request information. Organize and manage patient files, retrieve clinical records for their shifts, and store them properly.
