Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a safety officer * Hold a volunteer firefighter resolution (Operational Firefighter) Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections, internal audits, and checklists to verify equipment status and protocol compliance. * Perform monthly occupational health and safety inspections on equipment and facilities (PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, eyewash stations, etc.). * Schedule and deliver safety training sessions and talks (first aid, firefighting). * Lead daily active breaks for staff. * Carry out preventive maintenance and testing of fire protection systems (FPS). * Prepare daily occupational health and safety reports. * Participate in and support earthquake and tsunami drills according to INDECI's program. * Ensure the occupational safety and health of workers and contractors. * Fulfill related duties and instructions from immediate supervisor.
