We are passionate about providing a unique shopping experience by following the latest trends and prioritizing customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist customers with beauty, personal care, and other store products. * Maintain an attractive and organized product display according to business strategy. * Achieve daily and weekly sales targets. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. * Scan customer items accurately for proper transaction recording and system control. * Verify authenticity of bills, coins, and payment documents. * Support restocking, inventory management, and general store organization. * Collaborate on additional assigned tasks contributing to team efficiency. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Clear, friendly, and respectful communication * Empathy and excellent customer service attitude * Punctuality and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Good personal presentation * Attention to detail (pricing, products, organization) * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively **Requirements:** * Passion for beauty and trending products * Minimum of 6 months of prior sales experience (desirable) * Reside in Ate Vitarte or nearby areas * Minimum education: completed secondary school * Age: 20 years and older (applicants from 18 years old may be considered if they demonstrate interest and commitment) * **Minimum 6-month job commitment required.
