We want you to become part of our great family! **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Hotel Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within cafes, restaurants, bakeries, or pastry shops. * Knowledge of BPM, quality control, and customer service. * Reside in nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the achievement of daily and monthly sales and productivity targets. * Supervise the store team and promote a positive work environment. * Oversee daily cash closing, remittances, and accurate documentation recording in the system. * Verify stock, inventory, and product presentation, ensuring optimal quality. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with the store layout. * Provide continuous staff training on customer service and product handling. * Represent the company during inspections or audits (municipal, SUNAT, etc.). * Propose improvements in processes and products to optimize point-of-sale operations. **We Offer** * Formal employment from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Warm and collaborative work environment.
