Telecommunications company requires an External Plant Supervisor based in the city of Arequipa Requirements: Telecommunications Engineer, Systems Engineers or related fields. Experience in the Telecommunications sector as a supervisor Functions: * Actively participate in all matters related to achieving objectives, standards, and procedures of the QMS system. * Supervise and follow up the work team during maintenance activities. * Upload deliverables to the server on a monthly basis (incident reports, maintenance reports, executed CRQs, metrics, verification of photographic reports). * Verify compliance with the established work schedule. * Provide instructions for daily tasks. * Verify the proper use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Report work progress periodically. * Report incidents and updates. * Coordinate with the client for scheduling of work. * Generate CRQs. * 24/7 availability. * Proficiency with tools such as Google Earth, Maps sources, Microsoft Office.
