





**Job Mission** Provide administrative and operational support in academic management, ensuring the proper delivery of classes, monitoring of teachers and students, as well as compliance with institutional processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate class schedules, classrooms, and teacher assignments. * Assist in monitoring the academic plan. * Track attendance of teachers and students. * Manage and archive academic documentation (minutes, records, grades, reports). * Respond to student and teacher inquiries regarding academic procedures. * Support the organization of academic activities, trainings, and evaluations. * Generate reports for academic leadership. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (preferably in educational institutions). * **Skills:** \- Proficiency with educational platforms and academic systems. \- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \- Knowledge of academic regulations. \- Organizational and planning abilities. \- Proactivity and problem-solving skills. \- Teamwork and effective communication. \- Customer service orientation and attention to detail. \- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. * **Working Conditions** **Schedule:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm; Saturday availability required. \- Saturdays: 9:00am to 12:00pm \- Work mode: On-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
