**Academic Background** * **Bachelor's degree and/or graduate in Architecture.** * Experience in rendering * Desirable specialization or diploma in **Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Urban Development.** **Work Experience** * **Minimum 1\-2 years of experience** in: * Design and planning of land subdivision and urban development projects. * 3D modeling and rendering of projects. * Project management and design. **Technical Skills** * **Design and Modeling:** * Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and **Revit** for creating architectural and urban plans. * Experience in rendering with **Lumion**, **V\-Ray**, and other architectural visualization software. * **Regulations:** * Up-to-date knowledge of local regulations related to urban development, zoning, and technical requirements for permits. * Ability to prepare descriptive reports, technical files, and regulatory compliance reports. **Compensation Scheme** * **Fixed salary:** Salary on official payroll.
