Maintain updated files of purchase orders, quotations, shipping guides, invoice copies, and others. Update and expand the supplier registry. Perform coding of goods or services. Process documentation received to the corresponding department. Support reception, recording, and internal and external distribution as per received instructions. Requirements Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Intermediate level of office software skills. Knowledge of logistics software.
