Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Collections Assistant to ensure the accurate issuance, registration, and control of billing and collections, thereby contributing to the organization's liquidity and financial order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the issuance and registration of payment vouchers in accordance with regulations. 2. Track invoices, contracts, and manage the customer portfolio. 3. Collaborate with Treasury and prepare collections reports. We Are Looking for Talent! **Billing and Collections Assistant** A reputable company is seeking a Billing and Collections Assistant whose objective will be to ensure the accurate issuance, registration, and control of billing and collections, thereby contributing to the organization's liquidity and financial order. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue payment vouchers in compliance with current regulations. * Register and validate documents on the SUNAT platform (SOL Key). * Use the SIGO system for billing and collections processes. * Track invoices, contracts, and due dates. * Manage and update the customer portfolio. * Coordinate with Treasury for payment validation. * Prepare collections and pending income reports. * Analyze account 12 (Customers). * Apply tax knowledge during document review. Requirements: ✔ Technical graduate in Accounting, Administration, or Administration and Finance. ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. ✔ Knowledge of electronic invoicing, tax regulations, account 12, SIGO, and SOL Key. ✔ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems. **Work Location:** Santiago de Surco – Chacarilla.
