Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in manufacturing companies to lead production costing, supervise inventory management, and handle financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the production costing and work order costing process 2. Supervise inventory control and plan inventory counts 3. Handle financial and tax audits to mitigate risks **Requirements**: * Degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial company in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) * Certification in Cost Management. * Certification in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) * ERP system experience * Knowledge of master data management and cost accounting systems. **Responsibilities**: * Lead the production costing and work order costing process. * Support the financial planning team in activities related to cost budgeting and costing for retail companies. * Supervise inventory control in coordination with the dispatch team. * Plan inventory counts for internal and external locations in coordination with Production Management. * Prepare internal net sales reports (finished goods and consignment). * Generate KPIs requested by Management. * Provide justification for actual costs and expenses versus budgeted amounts. * Prepare tax-related books associated with costing, such as the Stock Card or other regulatory requirements. * Handle various financial and tax audits faced by the company to mitigate risks of fines and legal contingencies. * Monitor revenue and cost provisions. * Calculate VNR (Value Not Recoverable) and obsolescence provisions according to internal policies. * Monitor monthly consignments. * Supervise work order controls handled by the settlement team. Salary: S/.4,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
