We are currently looking for an **ADMISSION EXECUTIVE - CALL CENTER** for our Guillermo Kaelin Hospital Complex Requirements: * Graduate, student or partial completion of a degree in Administration, Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in patient/customer service. * Basic knowledge of Office software. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. * Availability to work in Villa María del Triunfo. Responsibilities: * Provide clear and timely information to patients. * Properly register patients in the system (updating data). * Make phone calls to patients in case of last-minute rescheduling and arrange future appointments as replacements. * Guide patients, family members, and visitors over the phone regarding the location of clinics and other areas. * Keep the supervisor informed about the progress and outcomes of assigned tasks. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
