





We are **eBIZ**, a company with more than 22 years of experience in eBusiness solutions present in various countries of Latin America, and we are currently looking for an **In House Executive** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in customer service and/or call center. * Intermediate level computer skills, mandatory. * Communication skills and teamwork ability. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding platform modules through various communication channels (email, chat, calls) as required by the exclusive buyer client. * Provide training (in-person and online) on different platform modules. * Analyze and resolve requests and inquiries, closing tickets in Azure Devops. * Forward incidents to the IT Operations team for resolution, closing tickets in Azure Devops. * Report and track customer requests, inquiries, and incidents in Azure Devops. * Manage and create statistical reports. * Ability to take action on operational matters. **We Offer:** * Formal employment from the first day of work. * Training opportunities. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Life insurance as per local law.
