Guest Experience Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds without assistance). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks assigned) well to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
