





**Requirements** * **Graduated technical professional in Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. (Essential) * Minimum of 03 years of experience as an HR assistant. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Must reside in the district in the Southern Zone of Lima (Lurin, Villa el Salvador, Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores). * Availability to work in Lurín (Puente San Pedro), in person, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. **Functions:** * Manage new employment contracts and renewals. * Register employee hires and terminations in T\-registro. * Monitor attendance and timesheet records. * Calculate and process payments for Social Benefits Settlements. * Monthly administration of Life and SCTR insurance policies. * Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes. * Provide employee support on HR-related matters such as permissions and compensations. * Schedule Occupational Medical Examinations. * Conduct training and maintain Occupational Safety and Health documentation. * Register information in AFP NET.
