Internal Control Manager **Regional Internal Control Manager** We are a leading Swedish company in the automotive sector, with more than 74 years in Peru. At Scania Financial Services, we are looking for a **Regional Internal Control Manager** to strengthen our internal control framework (ICS) at the regional level. You will be responsible for advising, monitoring, and optimizing control processes, driving standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement across all regional businesses, aligned with our unique way of doing things: our **Scania Way**. What challenges will you take on in this role? * Design, implement, and improve digital solutions supporting the internal control system. * Provide guidance to process owners to identify control gaps and lead their remediation. * Develop training programs and internal communications on governance and control. * Generate key performance reports on controls for regions, business units, and headquarters. * Monitor international standards and best practices (COSO, SOX, ISO 31000, etc.) and ensure their regional implementation. * Collaborate with internal audit and other global/local teams to ensure alignment and compliance. * Promote a regional culture of effective control, operational efficiency, and transparency.
