Objective of the Process To provide professional practice experience to students who demonstrate interest in automation and programming logic, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and scalability. The goal is for trainees to design and implement automated workflows on the n8n platform based on real functional requirements, as well as explore and conduct proof-of-concept tests for streaming applications, primarily on Android. Profile Name Junior Developer in Flow Automation with n8n, application research. Responsibilities · **Gather automation requirements together with the functional team.** · **Design, implement, and test automated workflows in n8n.** · **Connect external services via webhooks, REST APIs, and common tools such as Google Sheets, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Odoo, etc.** · **Monitor and maintain already deployed workflows.** · **Document each workflow clearly and simply.** · **Propose improvements or identify bottlenecks in processes.** · **Review and test applications or systems developed by CDLatam, verifying their correct operation from both the end-user and internal team perspectives.** Desired Technical Skills · **Basic knowledge of n8n or similar platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.).** · **Fundamentals of REST APIs: understanding endpoints, HTTP methods, headers, token-based authentication.** · **Reading and interpreting JSON and data structures.** · **Conditional logic and basic structures (if/else, loops).** · **Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferable for using functions in n8n).** · **Basic use of Postman or other API testing tools.** · **Desirable knowledge of functional testing or manual QA: validating workflows, reviewing interfaces, usability testing, and documenting errors.** Soft Skills · **Ability to understand processes and model them.** · **Logical and organized thinking.** · **Effective communication with functional and technical teams.** · **Proactivity and autonomy.** · **Focus on user experience.** · **Attention to detail and analytical judgment.** Work Modality Hybrid practice mode, with weekly deliverables and use of collaborative tools such as Odoo, GitLab, Slack, and GitHub.
