We are currently seeking a **Marketing Assistant** who wishes to strengthen their professional development, demonstrating commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn within a technical and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and oversee digital and traditional media plans aligned with the objectives of various business lines. * Coordinate with digital agencies, print media, and other external providers for advertising placement, creation, and production of graphic materials. * Design, edit, and adapt graphic materials for social media, websites, internal campaigns, trade shows, corporate events, and promotional content. * Conduct photographic coverage and provide visual support for the dissemination of institutional activities. * Develop visual proposals and manage the production of corporate merchandise materials. * Manage the editorial content calendar for social media and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity. * Administer and update the company website using WordPress or other platforms. * Participate in the drafting, sending, and analysis of email marketing campaigns focused on segmentation and conversion. * Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaigns, reporting results and proposing improvements. * Propose new marketing actions, campaigns, or channels based on market trends and customer behavior. * Conduct market research and studies to provide strategic information for decision-making. * Actively coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with sales objectives. * Support the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, activations, and other promotional activities. * Research and apply new trends, methodologies, and digital marketing tools. * Review and update work instructions, formats, and procedures related to assigned responsibilities. * Participate in Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health activities, complying with Integrated Management System guidelines. * Participate in the annual training program of the Integrated Management System. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions in marketing processes. * Assess job-related risks and comply with occupational health and safety standards. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate or undergraduate student in **MARKETING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, COMMUNICATIONS, ADVERTISING.** * Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop) * Camtasia * Social media management skills * WordPress proficiency * Basic computer knowledge. ***(DESIRABLE)*** * Basic marketing knowledge ***(DESIRABLE)*** **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles **Working Hours:** * Mon-Fri (8:30 am – 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) and Sat (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) **Benefits:** * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * Career progression path. * Ongoing training. * Formal employment contract. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
