Arboleda 115\-Ate **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Psychology, Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Proficiency in Office tools (intermediate Excel, pivot tables, formulas). \- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and monitor employee attendance, overtime, leaves, and absences. * Perform employee registrations, terminations, and modifications in T\-Registro (SUNAT). * Maintain up-to-date labor and contractual information for employees. * Update and modify employment contracts. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, or benefits. * Prepare reports and coordinate with Human Resources departments. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
