





* Graduate or professional in Administration, Marketing, Secretarial, Computer Science, Commerce, or related fields. * Knowledge in customer service, cash handling, Excel reporting, general public sales, and good spelling. * Intermediate-level Office skills, primarily Excel and Internet. * Provide proper customer service, manage incoming products, oversee store operations, and report daily sales progress and missing supplies to management. * Responsible for selling store products and serving the general public. * Attend to customers, provide guidance, sell, dispatch orders, and manage the store's WhatsApp to respond to customers. * Prepare daily reports on store sales, missing supplies, and daily stock levels. * Maintain constant communication with the store owner and team members.
