





***Technical Support \- Help Desk*** **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-cycle student of university or technical programs in: Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Computing, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Proficiency in computer tools such as: Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. * Fast and accurate typing speed under demanding situations. * Experience working under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of alarms notified via email and/or work platforms. * Recording and reporting alarm information and the actions taken to resolve them during shifts using logbook formats. * Managing and coordinating technical personnel and direct interaction with clients. Handling requests from technical staff, superiors, management, and clients. * Tracking active and incoming alarms, promptly notifying the team leader for rapid response. * Creating tasks and change requests on client platforms. * Making calls to coordinate, inform, or escalate any urgent incidents. * Pre-employment evaluation and training.
