At Doomo Saltado, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented **Bar Supervisor** who wants to be part of a team focused on delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service and quality in every drink served. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Check the condition of equipment and products, ensuring proper rotation and validity. \- Carry out production during operations, guaranteeing optimal service times. \- Prepare drinks according to the recipe book, ensuring flavor, presentation, and consistency. \- Keep the work area clean and organized. \- Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure available stock and prevent shortages. **Requirements:** \- Technical degree in Bartending or related field. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the position and 1 year in the industry. \- Basic English (desirable). \- Basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
