Selected candidates will be responsible for the **safe and efficient operation of mixer trucks**, ensuring timely delivery of concrete to construction sites while complying with the company's safety, maintenance, and customer service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate mixer trucks or assigned vehicles for concrete transportation. * Inspect mechanical conditions and cleanliness of the vehicle before and after each shift. * Follow routes and schedules established by the operations department. * Report any incidents, breakdowns, or vehicle defects to the fleet supervisor. * Strictly comply with traffic regulations, road safety rules, and Atecon’s internal policies. * Assist in basic vehicle maintenance and management of vehicle documentation. **Requirements** * Valid **A3B driver's license** A MAS (mandatory). * Minimum of **2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles or mixers** (experience in concrete companies is desirable). * Familiarity with routes within Metropolitan Lima. * Clean driving record (no serious or major traffic violations). * Availability to work **full-time** and perform **paid overtime**. * Commitment, punctuality, and customer-oriented attitude. **Benefits**: * **Paid overtime.** * Job stability in a solid construction industry company. * Training in road safety and mixer truck operation. * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth.
