**RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Supervise sanitary and quality conditions in all production line processes, maintaining quality standards and regulations to provide safe products to our customers. 2\. Perform verification and quality control of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished products. 3\. Verify the validity of health certificates for staff as applicable. 4\. Ensure compliance with company-established quality programs and plans according to PGH. 5\. Plan and supervise internal/external quality inspections. 6\. Support compliance with policies and objectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. 7\. Coordinate with service providers to manage outsourced activities. 8\. Ensure proper use of work instruments, materials, personal and collective protective equipment. 9\. Handle customer requirements, communications, and complaints in coordination with management. 10\. Maintain document control for PGH, GMP, and OESH procedures and keep them updated. 11\. Keep records up to date and ensure their protection. 12\. Supervise the receipt of raw materials and packaging materials, including: transportation inspection, raw material inspection, etc. 13\. Report incidents, follow up on preventive measures taken, and participate in corrective actions. 14\. Keep supplier evaluation information (new and active suppliers) updated. 15\. Any other duties necessary to fulfill the purpose of the position. **REQUIREMENTS** 1\. Reside in areas adjacent to Chorrillos – desirable 2\. Minimum three years of verifiable experience with references 3\. Graduate of Food Engineering or related fields 4\. Experience in internal/external audits 5\. Desired experience in audits with DIGESA 6\.
