**FUNCTIONS:** \- Execute the maintenance program and verify the proper operation of equipment to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction. \- Diagnose problems in equipment assigned by the supervisor to identify replacement parts required. \- Report to the supervisor on completed work and details of actions performed on the equipment for maintenance tracking purposes. \- Report on work completed, spare parts required, and pending tasks to monitor progress of assigned jobs. \- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical studies in maintenance mechanics, electronics, mechanics, electricity, Mechatronics or related fields. \- Experience in vertical transportation maintenance, elevators, and escalators.
