Responsibilities Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the operations team, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to procedures. Quality Control: Monitor transportation services to guarantee punctuality, safety, and compliance with Ucar's standards. Incident Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues quickly and effectively. Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting: Prepare operational performance reports for management, identifying achievements and areas for improvement. Requirements and Skills Leadership and decision-making: We are looking for someone capable of leading teams, delegating tasks, and making decisions under pressure. Results-oriented: A person focused on achieving operational and quality objectives. Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the team, clients, and other departments. Education: Preferably a student or graduate in technical or university programs in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in operations or logistics supervision. Tool proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and operations management systems.
