




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, analyze, implement, and standardize processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process design and mapping with indicators 2. Process analysis and improvement implementation 3. Risk management and internal control Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in process modeling and improvement. Experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards. BPMN 2.0 proficiency (Bizagi, Visio) is desirable. Responsibilities: Design and map processes, ensuring their control through indicators. Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities. Define and monitor KPIs. Implement process improvements and optimization. Support risk management and internal control activities. Capture, document, and standardize processes. Maintain the process repository up to date. Provide support during internal and external audits.
