




**Main Responsibilities:** * Provide logical support for software developed by the company by understanding its functional structure to detect errors, limitations, and opportunities for improvement. * Analyze operational workflows and identify critical points or tasks that could be digitally optimized. * Collaborate with the team to **propose technical solutions** (automations, scripts, data flow improvements, etc.). * Participate in functional testing of new versions of Quick Add or other related systems. * Document errors, frequent incidents, functional workflows, and generate technical solution proposals. * Support integrations between platforms or internal systems when required. * Provide logical technical support to field staff in coordination with the operations team. * Keep the digital environment for evidence, processes, technical documents, etc., organized. * Participate in functional testing of new versions of the company's software. * **Measure and periodically report the impact of technical actions**, whether in error reduction, time improvements, applied solutions, or implemented proposals, focusing on continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field. * Knowledge of architecture and operation of **web or mobile applications**. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript**. * Basic knowledge of **databases (SQL, MySQL, Firebase, etc.)**. * Experience or interest in working with **CMS, digital signage systems, content management, or platforms similar to Quick Add**. * Ability to **read code, interpret errors, generate technical reports**, and propose solutions. * Experience using collaborative tools: Google Drive, Excel, corporate email, etc. * Desirable experience in logical support, QA, testing, or technical documentation.
