We are looking for a **Functional Analyst** with at least **5 years of experience** in similar roles, capable of acting as a **bridge between the business and the technical team**, skilled in discovering, analyzing, and documenting **As\-Is / To\-Be** processes, and defining functional requirements for web and mobile applications. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Agile discovery of functional requirements (business rules, flows, journeys, scenarios). * Documentation of processes using **BPMN2** notation from early stages. * Creation of **SRS**, **User Stories**, **UML diagrams**, **Figma prototypes**. * Validation of requirement gathering with clients, ensuring functional and technical coverage. * Coordination of functional testing, certification matrix, and VoBo communication. * Writing user manuals and clear, structured documentation. * Moderation of functional sessions with clients during commercial and execution phases. * Effective communication of changes, versions, and specifications to the technical and QA teams. ### **Required Skills** #### **Soft Skills** * Flawless oral and written communication, structured and error\-free. * Ability to moderate, guide, and synthesize client sessions. * Critical, analytical, and creative thinking. * Organization, attention to detail, resilience, and results\-oriented mindset. * Ability to plan across multiple tracks without delays. #### **Tech Skills** * Technical knowledge in web, mobile, front\-end, back\-end, and databases. * Proficiency in **UML** and **BPMN2** notations. * Experience with tools such as **Figma**, **InVision**, **Zeplin**, **Sketch**. * Experience with **Jira**, **Trello**, **Monday**, **Wrike**, or **Notion**. * Knowledge of **SQL** and **NoSQL** databases. * Experience in **e\-commerce and retail** projects. * Intermediate level in **PowerPoint**, **Excel**, and editors like **NotePad\+\+** or **Sublime**. * Agile methodologies: **Scrum P.O.**, **Lean**, **XP**. ### **Education and Additional Requirements** * University degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Valid certification as **Scrum Product Owner** or **SAFe**. * Conversational English (required). * + Understanding of information technology and computing principles (web, mobile, front, back, and databases) \[ **Required** ] + Proficiency in modeling languages such as: UML, BPMN2 \[ **Required** ] + Proficiency in at least 2 of the following tools: InVision, Zeplin, Wireframe, Sketch \[ **Required** ] + Experience creating user stories, use cases, and functional and non\-functional requirements for web applications, service APIs, or native Apps \[ **Required** ] + Proficiency in at least 3 of the following tools: Trello, Jira, Monday, Wrike, or Notion \[ **Required** ] + Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database operations \[ **Required** ] + Experience managing functional requirements related to business processes in e\-commerce and retail sectors \[ **Required** ] + Intermediate Microsoft Power\-Point and Excel skills, as well as text editors like NotePad\+\+ or Sublime \[ **Required** ] + Experience with agile development methodologies \- Scrum P.O., Lean, or XP \[ **Required** ]
