**Mission** **Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the testing team in ISTQB methodology and Agile Testing excellence. **Functions** * Manage the testing team workload and assignment of activities from client-prioritized projects, monitoring and evaluating team members' performance. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional test strategy, and test execution phases. * Ensure adherence to best testing practices based on ISTQB and Agile Testing methodological guidelines. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring the testing team understands and aligns with project scope. * Develop the project's test automation strategy. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the testing team. * Identify, log, and ensure correction of detected defects. * Organize, encourage, and promote collaboration and motivation among project team members. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of enhancement actions. * Ensure compliance with project KPIs. * Ensure adherence to Inetum's and the client's values, standards, and policies. * Collaborate with other roles within the project team. **Profile** * University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3 years of experience leading testing teams, with knowledge in traditional and agile project management. * Experience in test data strategy. * Certifications in SCRUM, ISTQB Foundation Tester. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading projects. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Jira, Xray, etc. * Familiarity with information technology and programming languages: Java, VScripts, or others. * SQL/DB knowledge. * Ability to perform automated testing on web, services, microservices, and desktop applications. **Optional** * Desired experience with continuous integration tools: Jenkins and others. * Desired knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection).
