**Mission** **Mission** Responsible for leading, inspiring, and growing the testing team in the methodological excellence of ISTQB and Agile Testing. **Functions** * Manage the testing team workload and assignment of activities from client-prioritized projects, tracking and evaluating the performance of testing team members. * Lead the planning, design, estimation, functional and non-functional test strategy, and test execution phases. * Ensure compliance with best testing practices established according to ISTQB and Agile Testing methodologies. * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, ensuring understanding and alignment of project scope with the testing team. * Develop the project's test automation strategy. * Design, develop, and execute automation scripts with support from the testing team. * Identify, log, and ensure correction of detected defects. * Organize, encourage, and promote collaboration and motivation among project team members. * Promote continuous improvement of the testing process and implementation of improvement actions. * Ensure achievement of project KPIs. * Ensure adherence to Inetum's and the client's values, norms, and policies. * Collaborate with other roles within project teams. **Profile** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3 years of experience leading testing teams, with advanced knowledge in managing traditional and agile projects. * Experience in test data strategy. * Certifications in SCRUM, ISTQB. * Practical experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. * Experience leading high-complexity projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of quality management tools: Quality Center, Jira, Xray, etc. * Knowledge of information technology and programming languages: Java, VScripts, or others. * SQL/DB knowledge. * Ability to perform automated testing on web, services, microservices, and desktop applications. **Optional** * Desired experience with continuous integration tools: Jenkins and others. * Desired knowledge of performance testing: JMeter, Performance Center, etc. * Desired knowledge of security testing (vulnerability detection).
