**Remote – Latin America** **Start: Immediate** **Required language: Fluent Spanish** ### **Join high-impact digital transformation projects with Salesforce** We are looking for a **Salesforce Functional Consultant specialized in Service Cloud** to collaborate on projects that optimize customer experience, service centers, and service workflows in large enterprises. This role is ideal for functional profiles with product vision, knowledge of customer service processes, and experience in agile environments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Gather functional requirements from business areas and translate them into solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud. * Design and document service workflows, cases, queues, assignment rules, and automation processes. * Configure standard components (objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows). * Collaborate with development and QA teams in implementing improvements. * Train end users and provide functional support post\-deployment. ### **✅ Essential Requirements (Must\-Have)** * 3\+ years of functional experience with **Salesforce Service Cloud**. * Experience configuring customer service processes, case management, routing, SLAs, omnichannel, or knowledge base. * Experience working with technical teams (devs, admins, QA) and business stakeholders. * Fluent Spanish, both written and spoken. * Residency in Latin America and availability for remote work. ### **Desirable (Nice\-to\-Have)** * Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant certification. * Basic knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, or declarative automation. * Experience in projects with integrated digital channels (WhatsApp, email, chatbots). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma. ### **Soft Skills we value** * Functional analysis capability and product vision. * Effective communication with technical and non-technical profiles. * Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. * Autonomy, responsibility, and collaborative attitude. * **Conditions** * Location: 100% remote from any Latin American country * Language: Spanish (English not required) * Employment type: Contractor * Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) * + Estimated duration: Medium to long-term project * Reference range: 3,000 \- 4,200 USD
