Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently seeking a **Control Quality Assurance Engineer Specialist** to join our team. **About the role:** * Responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements established in the service Quality Plan. * Responsible for quality and surveying control during tailings dam construction, ensuring that works meet specified quality requirements based on testing and inspections, applying immediate corrective actions when deviations occur. * Coordinates and is responsible for managing surveying activities according to the service scope, as defined in the Surveying Work Plan. * Ensures that service personnel under their supervision (supervisors and technicians) understand quality requirements and properly perform their duties and responsibilities during each site shift. * Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel under their supervision (supervisors and technicians), driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Assesses, together with supervisors and technicians, achievement of service quality management objectives. * Participates in the preparation and review of progress reports (daily report, weekly and monthly reports, as agreed with AAQSA). * Responsible for the review and approval by AAQSA of all quality management documents, such as quality protocols, work instructions (IO), design changes, including the project’s final CQC report. * Responsible for advancing the project’s quality dossier. * Responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met, establishing corrective measures and/or identifying process improvements. * Develops the project's quality training program. * Monitors and controls the closure of quality and surveying management documents. **About you:** * Professional in **Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering**, licensed and registered. * Minimum 10 years of experience in similar services. * Availability to work under an 8x6 schedule. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
