




DESCRIPTION **A leading fintech company in Latin America** is looking for an **Engineering Lead** to lead the software development strategy and transform the financial experience of millions of people. This role is designed for **visionary leaders** capable of inspiring high-performance teams, driving innovative solutions, and maintaining technical excellence in **agile and dynamic environments**, where every decision directly impacts the future of digital banking. ### **Your challenge** * Design and propose the **technical strategy** together with Architecture, ensuring standards, frameworks, and secure, scalable, cutting-edge development practices. * Lead initiatives for **automation, optimization, and continuous improvement**, with clear indicators and measurable results. * Collaborate with **global technology partners** to implement innovative solutions and success cases. * **Lead tech leads and chapters, managing a team of over 90 engineers** (staff and vendors). * Develop the team's **technical talent and soft skills**, fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Train and mentor technical leaders to enhance their capabilities. * Translate business needs into agile, high-impact solutions. * Measure and track the impact of led initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or related fields. * \+5 years leading **technology teams and software factories**, with experience in mobile application development. * **Prior experience leading teams larger than 30 people** (backend, frontend, QA technical profiles); and leading technical leaders. * Experience leading the complete software development lifecycle (proven experience) for at least 5 years. * Experience with **agile operational models** and management of productivity and value delivery. * Solid knowledge in **digital product development**. * Experience in financial companies and/or startups (desirable). Work mode: On-site in La Molina 3x2 (3 days in office, 2 remote)
