The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for interpreters across multiple languages, with a focus on achieving daily and weekly recruitment targets. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms. * Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews. * Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. * Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, hires made). * Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. ### **Qualifications** * Proven experience in **talent acquisition or recruiting**, ideally in BPO, interpretation, or language services. * **Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish** (spoken and written). * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment goals. * Familiarity with sourcing tools such as **Indeed, JazzHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter**. * Based in **Latin America**. ### **What We Offer** * 100% remote opportunity. * Competitive salary in USD. * Growth and development opportunities in a global company. * Collaborative, multicultural work environment.
