In this hybrid role, you will conduct quality assessments of live interpreting sessions and also interpret for high\-stakes appointments as needed. You’ll play a vital part in coaching interpreters, developing QA protocols, and ensuring our team delivers the highest standard of service in healthcare and educational settings. **Quality Assurance Responsibilities:** * Monitor and evaluate interpreting appointments for accuracy, tone, cultural relevance, and adherence to ethical standards. * Conduct performance reviews and QA audits based on internal scoring metrics. * Provide detailed, constructive feedback to interpreters with a focus on growth and improvement. * Collaborate with the development of procedures to improve service quality. * Support continuous improvement of the QA process by identifying opportunities for automation. **Interpreting Responsibilities:** * Provide real\-time interpretation (Spanish \ English) for complex, sensitive, or high\-stakes appointments in medical and/or educational environments. * Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural appropriateness during all interactions. * Help onboard or train new team members by interpreting training materials and sessions. **Training \& Development** * Assist in the development of procedures related to onboarding, training and coaching interpreters. * Mentor interpreters and support them in meeting quality benchmarks and client expectations. * Stay up to date on best practices and industry standards to continuously improve QA approaches. **Skills:** * Interpreting experience in any field. * Experience in QA processes. * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. * Ability to troubleshoot and work independently. * Native or fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. * Understanding of cultural nuances to ensure accurate and effective communication. * Excellent listening and communication skills. * Ability to stay calm and focused in fast\-paced or high\-pressure environments. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or certification in translation and/or interpretation (preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of interpreting experience. * Minimum of 1 year in QA roles. **Salary Range:** * **Full\-time:** S/3,500 – S/5,500 **Benefits:** * *Planilla* benefits (MYPE) * Schedule Flexibility * Join a transnational company * Opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you willing to work at our office in Santiago de Surco?
