We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst for one of our projects Requirements: * Previous experience as a Functional Analyst (minimum 3 years). * Previous experience in functional analysis, user support, and IT requirements management. * Knowledge of development methodologies, technical documentation, and process mapping. * Desired experience with automation tools and knowledge of system integration. * Proactive, analytical skills, internal customer orientation, and communication skills. * Ability to work in teams and adapt to changes in dynamic environments. * Experience with prototypes and Figma tools. * Experience with QA testing using Postman tool. * Experience with SQL Server queries. Responsibilities: *These will be your main responsibilities:* * Act as a liaison between business and IT to manage functional and technical requirements. * Execute and track requirements prioritized by user departments. * Document, validate, and justify requirement progress to key users. * Identify impacts of unimplemented changes and propose improvements. * Support automation, continuous improvement, and resolution of technological incidents. * Monitor the work team to ensure completion of assigned tasks. Desirable: * Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector. * Intermediate/advanced English.
