**Banking sector company \| Miraflores \| Hybrid mode** We are looking for a passionate AI Programmer to develop and maintain the technical and knowledge infrastructure that enables the integration and scaling of AI assistants within the company's software development processes, promoting automation, code reuse, and continuous improvement in technical teams. **Requirements:** * 3\+ years of experience in software development (backend or full stack). * 1\+ year applying generative AI or automation with LLMs. * Experience in building knowledge repositories or reusable codebases. * Integration of AI assistants with development tools, documentation, or testing. * Experience in financial or corporate environments (security, compliance). (Desirable) **Main responsibilities:** * Design the technical and knowledge foundation to support AI assistants in software development. * Build data, documentation, and source code pipelines to train or connect with LLM models. * Implement internal AI assistants to support developers, QA, and analysts. * Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI) with corporate development environments. * Create mechanisms for continuous learning of the company's technical knowledge repository. * Supervise the ethical, secure, and efficient use of models within the development ecosystem. * Document best practices and intelligent code reuse for future projects. * Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure traceability and security of knowledge. **Conditions** * **Mode:** Hybrid, 2 days on-site (for attending scrum events) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8\.45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Type of position: Full-time Application question(s): * Indicate your monthly salary expectation in Peruvian soles (S/.)
